I had a roommate who was at least that bad. He paid 2/3rd the rent cause his girl (my friend) lived with us. I had ONE room, and he had every other room, including the garage. He was a pack rat and had a TON of shit and would never sell off anything.
The problem with that, was he was always trying to get me to pay over half the rent cause he was "broke" but had 3 car stereos, 4 amps, 3 subs in boxes, 4 cell phones, 4 t.v.'s, etc. .... oh, and FIVE cars but they were all buckets. Damn, sell those and get one decent ride.
I was the only one in the house with a real job and he stayed up all damn night every night.
