How big were you when it became apparent "I'm Big"

people that are ripped are a lot more intimidating.

so someone who is 300lbs, but 30% body fat, might have the same amount of muscle as a dude who is 250 and under 10% body fat.

but which one would you rather fight?

I agree with that. A lot of times the same person looks bigger when they've actually lost a little weight and are more conditioned. Numbers aren't everything.

That's the truth!! A few years ago when I was 1 week out from a show I was just over 200, but you would think I was I was an Olympia contender with the attention I got!!
As far as Norm's question.... I'd rather not fight either!!
It really enforced it with me a few days ago in the grocery store with my G/F. EVERYONE was looking at me like I had a cock on my forehead and I asked me g/f WTF they were looking at. She replied "you're wearing a tank top, you kind of stick out"

at about 193lbs I have yet to experience such a feeling. For my frame, at about 5'7 (on a good day), I think when I hit about 210-215 I'll finally be able to take a step back and say, "damn I'm getting big."

ahhhh, one day...:upset:
Im right there with ya little fella, lol

195lbs @ 5'8. The most ive ever been was about 207, and right now @ 195, I look a ton better than at 207....... so fuck them damn numbers!!Its all about the mirror my friend, and I have killer abs without even trying, lmao

LOL. Nice analogy.

Yes, a fellow figure competitor! And I hear you on the abs. I have not worked them in a year and I've done cardio once in the last 8-9 months but I can still see em without much problem

Lmao you guys are lucky in a way i havent seen my abs in years haha. Just remember a lean 195 or 190 on a 5'7 frame is pretty damn good sized. Im not quite 5'10 and when i get down to the bodyfat i wanna be i should just be around 210 or so. But hopefully this winter im gonna put on alot of quality mass.

I think when a person is big when they hit around 230lbs, (at a height of 5'10") but have abs I would guess around 6-8% bodyfat...That would make them a jr.national level size heavyweight

Rockin, Too bad my abs lack!!! But I want more MASS, damn it!!!!

This is what a 250lb bodybuilder is suppossed to look like. And is the reason I still say NO, when people ask if im a bodybuilder. This is Phil Heath at 250lbs.

thats pro big...and most of us will never get to that level...His genetics are the best in the world...Some of us will be heavier, and at a bulked size look bigger in cloths than Health...

Its amazing to think that im just as heavy as Health, and pretty damn lean right now at 250lbs but dont even look anything like him...LOL !!!:sport:

Yeah we should have a genes poll. I think Heath, Levrone, and Wheeler might top the list

Sometimes I feel big but I'm NEVER happy. Never big enough, never strong enough! I'm 5'10", my heaviest was a puffy 248 lbs. Funny thing was I had to be 231.4 max in 6 days for a comp. Usually around 235. But it never hurts my feelings when I show up at a comp and guys bitch because they dont think I should be in their weight class. Not gonna lie, that feels good. One time I was at a family gathering. An aunt I hadnt seen in six months asked, "who is that playing with the kids?" I heard her from 40 feet away, "Oh my God!" I just laughed.
