Ive gotten to where i boil about 10 or 12 breasts at a time. Its so easy doesnt taste quite as good as grilled but so much faster and easier. I just boil them for 10 to 15 minutes and pull them out 1 at a time and check the internal with my instant meat thermometer over 170 and were good to go throw them in a freezer bag in the fridge and just get them out as i need. Do you guys spend the time grilling them etc like i used to?

I just season mine up and put them in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. Thinking about running them thru my meat grinder so they'll be faster to eat.

I made it in the crock pot when I was home from work the other day... after 8 hours in that thing, the meat was just falling apart. It was sooo good!

I've been trying to mix it up because I get bored with my chicken easily. Boiling is good though. I always seem to dry it out in the oven, though I too have a meat thermometer now and it's been a big help!

Normally oven. Taste really doesnt matter at all to me.

I got my old highschool mentality still , I eat for nutrition and thats it. After eating the same thing day in and day out for 2 years straight while in school. Its like autopilot takes over when I eat.

Somebody posted a tribute video of a japanese bodybuilder that died. Where he would put chicken thats already precooked when bought into a blender with water. But its cheaper to buy raw chicken and cook myself in bulk and freeze.

But a good enough blender costs money. I cant do shit with my current blender.

i grill them, put them into the blender add water blend it,and pour in the container bring them anywhere...work.....easy digest...fast...save time...only take a minute to finish.

im wit nuk, in a frying pan taste the best, especially if you have the time everyday... but boiling is the easiest for me...... just dnt over cook it or itll be SUPER dry

as for taste when boiling.... if you dnt mind the sodium, boil the chicken breats in half water half broth

I bought some Walden Farms balsamic viniagrette this weekend and put it on my freshly boiled chicken. The chicken is SO moist and tastes so yummy, without having to add any additional calories... LOVE it! That stuff is a miracle, lol.

To me, I have grown to forget food as TASTE but more as fuel.. im not eating to satisfy my taste buds but more so to eat to pull the nutrients i need out of it. So i boil it.. and if I really can't take it being bland (which is rare.. i dip it in mustard.. zero calories.. very low sodium.) It's easy once you have switched into bodybuilder mode to just forget about seasoning and taste and to just eat to grow...(or eat to lose) which ever is your goal...

ive tried their honey bbq and alfredo and have been sadly let down by both products. May have to try the that stuff though sounds pretty good.

Really? Some stuff is a hit or miss... I've used the regular bbq flavor before which I also recommend, but never tried honey bbq. I'm not an alfredo person but I bought their scampi stuff a few months back and I wasn't crazy about that either...

Balsamic and bbq are okay in my book though, yum!!
