cardio- 25-40 min
training- (1 muscle group) 30 min
2+ hours seems crazy to me. I wish I had that kinda time to train, I wouldnt know what to do with myself. I go in and train 1 muscle group a day and do 15 sets per. I limit my rest to no more than 1 min per set and a set takes about 30-45 seconds or so to complete. So in my half hour im doing 15 minutes of resting, 11 minutes of lifting and I guess 4 minutes of getting set up (moving benches, changing bars, grabbing dumbells, ect.)
