how many of you guys work forearms. When I was young my forearms
were one of my weakest bodyparts. I never worked them but got a job
where I used them all the time. Between that and my lifting (for all other
body parts) they came up pretty good. I am now doing them with the
DC but was wondering how and what other's did for forearms, or if they worked them at all.
 
I personally don't like workin forearms in my dc routines, but do anyway cuz it follows the outline. I could use bigger ones though, definitely
 
i never trained them until dc.
they are long and skinny, and pretty much still are. nothing makes them grow.
 
Some guys develop forearms without doing anything to them. Sadly, I'm not one of them so I do work them out. I noticed there were a few exercises on the DC video for forearms which I'm going to do at my next workout.
 
i go though phases. Mine are kinda small compared to the size of my arms. They're unually strong. could have something to do with rock climbing when i was younger.
 
Be careful bro, there is a side affect to the PPJ & Handgripper rountine, many people will come up to you in the gym and ask if your on steriods, just say no!
 
I work my forearms mainly because they are small and when I work them, my curls go up... I do know people with huge forearms though who have never worked them in their life

You're one of the genetic lucky guys. For me, it seems like they won't respond to anything. I'm hoping that they'll respond to some DC training.

i agree with this, I think calves and forearms are one in the same.
either you got them, or you dont. not alot changes that. You can add to them a little, but not much.
 
I do behind the back barbell curls and seated forearm curls on my 'back' day and reverse ez bar curls and drag curls on my 'bicep' day... so I hit them twice a week. but IF you are counting jerking off, I get in like 15-20 workouts a week... for some reason my right forearm is twice as big as my left hmmmm.
 
DC seems to be working. If I'm not mistaken, my forearms seem to look slightly bigger, and they certainly got sore.
