how many shakes a day

was wondering how many shakes you guys are drinking a day and at what times

i usually do 2... one when i wake up and another postworkout
 
1 morning, 1 between lunch and dinner, pre wrt, pwo, bedtime= 4 per day.
 
i only do two shakes too. 1 post work out and the other before bed, i always put half cup of hole oats in with it.
 
2 or 3. I drink one when I wake up, one post workout and one either preworkout or before I go to bed on some days. But always post and upon waking
 
2 a day...

1 during the day, and 1 low carb protein called Oh Yeah with egg whites international right before bed
 
1 upon waking
1 mid day just to keep blood levels up etc..

before bed.
4-5 at most. Although thats a mix between Whey isolate, Blends, Casein.
 
most of you are saying 2. How do you get all your protein in?? I cant imagine with jobs, wives and life that your able to eat that much. Maybe Im doing somethng wrong?? I know pwo and night is a must for me but I could incrrease my food instead?? You guys got me thinking
 
I drink a whey protein mixed with water first thing when I get up. This allows for quick absorption and turns off catabolism..then get ready for the day, take my supps and then eat a meal. After I workout I take in my simple carbs, igf, creatines. 15-20 minutes later I drink my protien and then eat about 10-15 minutes after. Before bed I take in a Casein protein.
