All of my short term goals are made to help me achieve my big long term goal, this goal is ever changing. Once a goal is achieved there is always another one right after that. So no, it will never be good enough. Right now I work in a gym, so you can imagine how many times a day I'm thinking about lifting or eating. One of my short term goals I look forward to achieving next week. Last week I moved 120lb DB's for 6 on incline press, next week I'm going for 125s for 6. On top of that I have another short term goal of leaning out while getting stronger during this oral cycle I am running at the moment. Then another...then another. You get the point. I better get to work.
