In theory clen is superior to EC since clen raises metabolism with about 10% and EC raises it only 2-3%.
But in practice, I find EC far superior than clen, because a serious dose of EC kills your hunger like hell which makes dieting so much easier. It also kills my 'emotions' for food, meaning that that o so important piece of chocolate a day suddenly doesn’t interested you anymore. Hell, at 180 mg E and 1200 C a day I could just live on shakes alone I guess.
Anyway, I’m now on my third week of clen and just before that I did 3 wks of EC. In those first 3 weeks I lost 8 pounds and now while on clen, because of hunger, I haven't lost a single lb.
So for me EC is far superior. BUT... I'm gonna drop out now for a few weeks and than just use 'm both ;-)) This actually seems the best way to go, if you can tolerate it.
O and btw, notice I only typed EC and not ECA. ECA = stone ages. Drop the aspirin as its detrimental (thyroid).
