I’m looking to lose weight. I have been on reta for 6 months. Down like 15 pounds and look sharp. But appetite is coming back doing reta at 1.5mgs a week. How much cagril should I add to bring down food noise again?

Bros, I would honestly go with cagril at half a milligram to start with one milligram bretta, then you can gradually start increasing.

Your reta dosing may be off in the first place mate.

You should use 2mg/wk of Reta for 4 weeks then increase your dose to 4mg/wk in the second month. By the third month you'll further increase your dose to 6mg/wk and by the fourth month to 9mg/wk. When you get to the fifth month, you should maintain a dose at 12mg/wk.

If I were to do 1 mg a week of each, then you can gradually increase it. I would end up with the reta at 3 or 4 mg and have that higher dosage.
