just curious and i know there are some strong dudes out there, how heavy you guys can squat for nice tight reps? i usually can hit 135x15, 225x12, 315x8, and then ill do 3 heavy sets of either 405x12, or 405x8, 495x8-10, 495x8-10. im only using 500mg primotesten and 300mg deca and i just finished 25mg dbol.

dont squat much anymore, but my best last set for a workout was 565 for for 4-5 it fell off my shoulder last rep, i couldnt get it up

Wow, that's a lot of weight. I normally do 135x15, 225x12, 275x10, and 335x8 for squats. Everyone at my small gym looks at me and thinks I do a lot, but that's nothing compared to you big guys.

Best I could muster when I was young....long ago was 565 lbs for 6 reps at a body weight of 185 lbs.

Don't squat anymore due to injuries.

Well let see last week I squatted 495 for 18 (no lie) and felt like i had just run a marathon full blast when I was done. This week I tried front squats for the first time in years and ended up tearing my meniscus in my left knee just from front squats. It will heal only minor, so the doctor said, but I have a feeling its going to slow me down a bit. Thought I was going to be a hero trying front sqats again, saw Ronnie Coleman at my gym several weeks ago doing front squats with 405 for 10 and the bar was jumping off his shoulders at the top of the movement, asked him if it was a light day, he laughed and said yep usually do 585 front squats. OUCH!!!!!! 6 plate front squats hurts my back just thinking about it. The guy is a monster cant believe he is 40 years old and still blasting it like that
