I have been as high as 150mg and found that FOR ME 100-125mg gives the best results. Tried 50 was ok bumped up to 80 was even better. next go round I started at 100 went to 150 and dropped back to 125 because I couldn't do anything without a painful pump. my hand would get pumped writing. I ran that for 13 weeks and had blood work done @ week 6, 12, and 16 CBC was all within normal range. But 20mg of winny makes my bloodwork look like i'm walking dead

! I almost forgot stats are necessary right. 220lbs at present, when on the var i hit a high of 242, this was var alone 2 years ago, strength went through the roof and muscles were full all the time. It was very close to the type of fullness from running slin.
