I had a question about how much RETA I should be using if I want fat loss benefits. I'm looking to lose about 35 lb. I'm currently around 265 lb. and I am 38 years old. My metabolism has slowed down drastically the past few years. It's hard for me to cut down.
Should I be starting at 2 mg a week or do you think I should go higher?

Early escalation: 2nd month - 4mg/week
Middle escalation: 3rd month - 6mg/week
Late escalation: 4th month - 9mg/week
Maintenance: 5th month plus - 12mg/ week.

You're gonna want to start at 1 to 2 mg the first 6 weeks. After that you can increase it by 1 mg and then from there you can increase it as you go.
 
When it comes to retatrutide you never want to run it too high. You can get a lot of bad side effects. A lot of people complain about nausea issues so be careful.
 
You can start at 1.5 mg for four weeks then the next four weeks go to 2.5 mg and then you can go from there. It just depends on what you want to do.
 
You're going to need to run retatrutide. Try it at least six months to get the best benefits. Ideally you're going to want to push it for nine to 12 months. Keeping it short, under three or four months, is not going to help.
 
Retatrutide is an excellent option. You can run anywhere from 1 to 4 mg a week. I don't think there's any need to run any higher than that.
