How often do you bump your cardio up?

When you guys start cutting how often do you bump your cardio up? do you have a set plan or do you just use your body as a judge?
 
I use the way I look to judge. I'll either bump up cardio or drop cals. But since I don't compete or anything I usually never have a set plan for it.
 
I don't really do too much cardio though I probably should do some low-intensity cardio all the time. Like tilla52, I go by what I look like. If I need it, then I throw it in.
