How often do you eat?

Really, do you guys eat every hour, 2 hours, 3 hours? I try to get in about every 4 hours, but it doesn't always happen, in a fairy tale world I'd be eating every 2 hours...
 
Very rarely do I go more than two hours in a day without a decent meal. Alot of time it's 90 minutes. I pretty much snack constantly on almonds, string cheese, and pretzels.
 
I eat when I'm hungry, some days that's more than others. I used to be a by-the-clock eater. Eating when hungry is much better in many ways, IMHO.
 
When in liftin heavy 6 meals usually if work permits, I like to do 2 meals for breakfast lunch and dinner
 
I do my best to get 6 or 7 meals in each day but sometimes I only get as few as 5.

Just how it is sometimes... In a perfect world all 7 each day though.

Do any of you do the sweets thing right after u work out to spike insulin levels?
 
last offsean i was eating... 7400 clean calories... thats a meal every 90 mins, and 2 shakes during the night ...

i grew well, however, i retained alot of water, which made training very hard ie... lower back pumps etc...

also, i found i was too bloated to "train insane" (try training balls to the wall with a full stomach... doesnt happen)

this offseason ... im gonna cut back on the cals and meals and train alot harder... and see wat the difference is

The training balls to the wall sucks.... did that for 5 minute sets in a cross training routine,...... I was pretty sore

training full.....forget it!! I eat when I am hungry . Like for dinner tonight I hate fucking cooking cause for two years I cooked all my meals I was in the Kitchen cooking non stop which is a friggin chore. So I'll eat out cause I get tired of cooking. Plus my place is tiny and I'm knocking shit over everywhere if I even attempt it now.
