Really, do you guys eat every hour, 2 hours, 3 hours? I try to get in about every 4 hours, but it doesn't always happen, in a fairy tale world I'd be eating every 2 hours...
I'm with ya bro!I eat when I'm hungry, some days that's more than others. I used to be a by-the-clock eater. Eating when hungry is much better in many ways, IMHO.
Do any of you do the sweets thing right after u work out to spike insulin levels?

5grams= 1tsp
3tsp= 1TBSP
2TBSP's = 30grams of sugar
last offsean i was eating... 7400 clean calories... thats a meal every 90 mins, and 2 shakes during the night ...
i grew well, however, i retained alot of water, which made training very hard ie... lower back pumps etc...
also, i found i was too bloated to "train insane" (try training balls to the wall with a full stomach... doesnt happen)
this offseason ... im gonna cut back on the cals and meals and train alot harder... and see wat the difference is
