how should i run hcg

some ppl are tellin me 5000ius every 3 days other ppl are tellin me 2000ius 3 times a week taperd to 1000ius 3 times a week

this is how i run mine, at the end of my cycle if running long acting esters i take it the last two weeks my shots are leaving my system, at 500 iu ed for 10 to 14 days....for short acting esters i run it the last 10 to 14 days at 500 iu the last two weeks of my cycle...MM

wa if i do 1000ius for 10 days i been on a long ass cycle lol
