Just got e-bol by thermolife. Think you guys can help me out here...besides increasing protein intake how should i change up my training? I was think along the lines of working out for the same amount of time as usual but doing more work within those 45minutes. like increasing sets and decreasing rest inbetween sets....?

hey mate, dont get caught up with AAS or AAS imitations yet, you can still make great gains without anything apart from training and diet, i dont know what ebol is but i think it might be a steroid knock off, from one of these legal steroid websites, better off to not take it mate, if it is what im thinking of then it is prob just a herbal supplement blend and wont do anything apart from waste ur money.
 
E-bol is actualy a more natural prod. It is alright at best. If you want to try something worth the money. Try H-drol or any H-drol clone. It is a mild PH/DS, but you will be fckn shocked at how good that shit is....

i just got 1 bottle of ebol and imma stack it with Gaspari SizeOn and NO2(Gaspari plasmajet). what changes should be made while im on ebol? i head since its an adaptogen i should increase the work during my workouts and decrease my rest inbetween sets.

With E-BOL you def want to up your protein as you have stated and then besides that you want to kill it with your workouts. With Adaptogens they help your body deal better with stresses so you need to take your workouts and up it, whether that be more volume, less rest, heavier, etc... I think with that you will notice E-BOL a little better. Kinda on the same lines as Zeus, i would say a Level 1 PH like Halotest-25 or Primabol would def help.

yeah Powerlab has some quality products called NOESTROGEN and POST-CYCLE but I just noticed you're 18 so honestly your TEST Levels are naturally really high right now so you're fine as far as that goes. I think by upping your protein and changing it up a bit as far as your workout goes will def help.
