Tool in know way do I want to offend you. But can you please tell us what you are looking for in terms of goals. And put them in 1 topic this way we can give you detailed advice as things are related to each other.

Well some of my cycle history consists of,... 1st time I took AS I just took dbols but I didn't have a Lot of info about AS at the time. I started out taking 20mg for a week and worked my way up to 40 mg over another two weeks then on my 7th week I started to taper back down. When that was done I went on clomid for 3weeks.....2nd cycle was 250mg sust a week with 40mg dbol a week for 8 weeks followed by clomid...3rd cycle was 500mg eod sust and 50mg dbols for 8 weeks. By my 4th cycle I was ready to slim down so I started winny 50mg eod with deca 400mg every week with clen for 8 weeks. I didn't seem to lose weight but I did cut up a little. 9th week I started prop with clomid for another 4 weeks... last cycle was 500 mg sust and 400mg deca then clomid and nolv. I always waited 4 or 5 months between cycles. As for my goals, I am 5'11 and about 238 pounds. when I started taking AS I was between 175 and 180 I would like to get down to 225 or 220 but its been very difficult to lose weight. I really don't need to gain more mass just cut up and slimdown what I have. I've heard that a combonation of winny, T3, HGH, Clen, Tren and some insulin would be the way to go. But I need to know the correct way to go about this. Plus how long do these drugs stay in your system,for this may also be a deciding factor.
 
Tool, for a good cutting cycle, I would suggest a simple approach in your case:

tren 75 mg ed
winny 50 mg ed

Run between 6-8 weeks depending on how much you can handle. Dropping bf is all in the diet and cardio. The drugs just maintain your muscles and give it some xtra hardening. But you have to work for it. The approach I use is going by the mirror. I eat carbs mainly in the morning and early afternoon. Protien during the rest of the day. I suggest you start doing HIT cardio, this is a short form of cardio where you sprint for say 0.5 minute on the bike, switch to low intensity for the next 1.5 minute, sprint another 0.5 minutes for a total time of 15 minutes each cardio routine. This will boost your metabolism tremendously and just works when diet is in order. So alittle carbs in the morning/beginning afternoon, rest of the day protiens. You don't need to add clen or an eca stack now. Just give this a try and see how you body reacts to it. It will work wonders. The clen and eca can always be added during a short cuttingcycle after this one. I would then suggest a 50 mg winny eod combined with clen 2 weeks on/off eca two weeks on off for 6 weeks. Cardio principle stays the same. Don't flood your system with all these drugs you suggested, cuz you will be doing yourself more harm then good. No pain no gain. The drugs are mere supplements. It s mainly the quality of your training/cardio/diet and rest. Hope this helps abit.

Thank you Hcore. The one thing that I really need to address is more cadio and diet. I'm going to try the cardio routine you sugested. I also am going to try the Atkins diet for a a little while. My mother who is 54 this year has lost 28 pounds already in about 6 weeks from that diet, so I guess I'll give it a try. As for a cutting cycle, I'm going to wait a little while and see how my diet and exercise works out. thanks again, you are a great site rep.
 
Bro, If I were you I would always have some test as a base to all of your cycles. Here's a good cutting cycle:

1-10 Test Prop @ 150mg EOD
1-10 Tren @ 100mg EOD
5-10 Winny @ 50mg ED
1-10 Clen 2 weeks, ECA 2 weeks alternating

The test prop in there will have an added benifit of gains, keeping your sex drive up, and keeping lethargy to a minimum.

Diet and cardio: 350+g Protein, moderately low carbs and moderate fat. Keep calorie intake right around maintainance...the high amount of protein and AAS should combat any muscle loss...in fact with a stack like this you should gain a good amount of muscle...tren is excellent for cutting, as its highly anti-catabolic and works well even in calorie deficient diets. Cardio at least 2-3x per week. I prefer HIT cardio training 20mins 2-3x per week...
