I have during cycles, or when i take a lot of IGF. I started carbing up more, like your doing, and also would bring a shake with me for during my workout. I put oatmeal in it, made me feel a hell of a lot better.

Constant thirst and urination are symptoms of high blood sugar, not low. Symptoms of low blood sugar are exactly what you described: First symptom is sleepiness, if it isn't brought into check and it keeps falling, you get shaky. If you get really low, you can pass out. I was surprised myself when it started to happen to me that I keep getting low blood sugar. I bought a glucose testing meter and have been checking myself ever since.

Wow I have been having this same problem lately, been tired all the time with no explanation. I was getting ready to go to the Dr's for it. IDK I may have to check my blood sugar to see if I'm low.

do you guys just get this during cycles?

Saudades- how do you get your blood sugar back up when you test low??

No, I get it every day now. I have to eat some form of fast digesting carbs--some kind of sugar to bring it back up. Once it's back up, I'm snacking on some kind of complex carb to keep levels steady.

It will take simple carbs to get it up, but be careful of a rebound when the carbs burn off. You need whole foods with it to maintain the increase. If you notice when you eat simple carbs you get hungry fast. This is because you burn them off and your body is tweaking because it is desiring more input. The metabolism being elevated from the sust you are on is very likely a culprit. I had hypo recently on igf myself. Hyper would actually be a diabetic response by the way. If you are having this constantly it could be due to the increased muscle mass needed more calories and burning more glycogen. You need to eat more often. I eat six times a day. Eat simple carbs when it drops but be sure to eat whole foods to maintain.

i have it sucks too, just try to keep the blood sugar levels on a constant all day. complex carbs in every meal, when i get too busy and don't eat like i should that's when i start feeling it the worst

I've been exhausted for several weeks now, so bad so that tonight, my eyes were literally closing on the drive home, so when I got home, I finally considered that maybe I am hypo..

So I drank a few glasses of juice and a cookie and within 2 minutes I was wide eyed again...

I haven't had this issue prior, so now Im a bit worried...running 1g sust, 10g creatine, 5g beta alanine, 6K calories, with a ton of sugar in my protein shakes...

Is it possible that I might be experiencing "HYPER" glycemia, as I don't have symptoms of hypo including constant thirst and urination...anyone else have experience with this?? After all these years, now this comes up!!

Amazing to read this because the last two-three days ive been experiencing the same thing for the first time ever. Seemed to just hit out of nowhere.

Im doing the same cookie and juice thing.

I've been aware that testosterone will affect blood sugar readings, but I never had a problem until last year. I find it interesting that many of us are suddenly experiencing the same thing.

could be a great way to kill off the A types here in America! haaa haaa.

I've been noticing this problem for about 2 years now.
