Lately I just have no drive to get the gym. And when I'm there I do one exercise and just feel like leaving. I know alot has to do with the fact that I stopped taking the ECA stack. That stuff would wire me up so bad that I could go forever , especially running on the treadmill. I figured I should take a break from it. I took it for about 3 1/2 months, twice a day and thought it would be a good idea to give my body a rest. Now I have no go at the gym. Anyone ever get like this?? Can anyone suggest something to help my energy levels, something to boost me up besides ECA and the like?? Thanks is advance!!
