I hate big biz

today with no notice they laid off 2% of our staff in a hospital. Although this may seem low for engineers this really sucks made me pretty sad today and nervous bc you can never plan for anything, bc your job is never secure

It is when you're in the union and still have 3 years on your contract and work for a company that will never shut down

If you hate "big biz" then start your own "biz"...

Stop complaining and start hiring. Business owes you or me nothing.
