I know Im not the only one. I use to do mma so my abs (though not completely visible are well trained. I did 400 crunches today with total contraction for every one of them with full range of motion to get a good burn. I hate crunches. LOL
I dont do ab work. I let the other work that relies on ab stabilization take care of that. I see no difference between that then when I used to 1000 crunches.

i am pretty much the same way bro, my abs come out decent just from doing all the other exercises, however i must do abs when i realy want to bring out my serratus***
Well they are tight after this little episode. I just started back doing abs. I didn't for a few months but figure if I finally find them down there they better be looking good. LOL
lol , everybodies different , I think the only real way for me to get poked out round abs , and not just flat cut abs , is by doing ab work.
Ive never dieted down though. So maybe thats also the case , but I feel like my abs benefit more when I do the work , and that it improves my other lifts such as squats , deadlifts , etc.
Everyone is different. I love abs,being from a big city, I think of someone trying to beat my a**, and I listen to "Get Down With The Sickness" and "BOOM", I'm done. Untouchable Baby. Just keep switching routines.
I don't like crunches so much either, and I haven't done any for a long time. I've just relied on ab stabilization like the others, but I want to bring my abs out a little more now so I'm starting them up again.
