I hate per diem in a hospital

and I hate even more that my direct supervisor and my coworker are sister and brother, and I hate that this screws my hours, and allows him to do easy work that he's not even certified to do (EEG's). Just found out last night that this is going to be a 4 hour week, the second I got done with the tests yesterday I was sent home, while my db coworker did nothing, and as I was sent home he went to the cafeteria to get food and enjoy the lunch I earned, than was able to just sit down seeing as I already did all the work. this shit is garbage. Per diem status needs to be eliminated, esp seeing as when I first was hired on I was having to do , with no choic 50 hour weeks, so when they really need me I have to work, when its slower I get shit on. hate this place as a whole. So glad I have a degree that now when ever even a per dem spot opens in , it has over 220+ applicants too, this is fucking awesome, glad I did 80 hour weeks in order to do the schooling for that and have a shit ton of student loan debt for fucking nothing.
this is why people rob, this is why people sell drugs, and this is why people go off the edge.

Man, you know where I work, you should try to get on there. Even at part time the benefits are unreal. If nothing else, just use it for the benefits and some extra money, especially this time of year.

im getting about 1.80 more an hour, but no hours, they just called me off for next monday and tuesday bc they said it will be slow, which I dont know how you know that in a hospital....... I hate this vindictive bitch, I lowered my availability so this is how shes getting me back
