I hired a trainer for leg day

i see people doing the stop watch thing often, not for me. just dont do any of that crazy band kettlebell type stuff.

obviously like you said if you pay for it your gona work a little harder.
 
Today was my first day with the trainer. Got to say it helps so much. Pushed it a lot harder. Was sweating like crazy. Even my ass was pumped. I really liked it.

This was an awsome move bro in hiring a trainer for legs! No doubt with a little extra concentration on them that they will start filling out to go with your upper bodys freakishness,lmao
 
Did something I never done before, which was instead of going for reps, we went by time on some sets. I liked that, it was just go still he said stop.


That's a good idea, no counting, no stopping or anything. Should be a great way to keep the muscles guessing too
