I need some help for a deit to cut down.

I have been training back know for about 5 months, i guess about 7 months ago was pushing the scales at 275 now down to 245 but hitting a point were my deit is done can't take anymore of my stomach. My upper body chest,back,shoulders,arms, are all coming in good and legs, but lower mid section is holding alot of fat what can i do for deit to change up and break these, and also some kind of ab training for the lower section of abs. All help you guys can give me would be great. Thanx.
 
everyone is going to say the same thing.

you need to write down everything that goes into your mouth so we can take a look at your diet.

for me, cutting my carbs down to 100grams per day, was golden. I went from 270 down to 220 that way.
 
I agree with norm or we could just give you numbers to abide by in your diet and im sure that would work if u stuck to it, for example keeping ur carbs low like norm said, and keeping ur fats under say 50 daily , it realy all comes down to actualy keeping track of what ur eating gram by gram, tedious maybe, works definatly!
 
Well been taking iso 100 3 times a day thats total150 grams of protein. 8 am, 2 pm, and 10pm in between that i eat 3 meals steak and salad then chicken and salad and another steak and salad plus no xplode preworkout been sticking to this pretty reg, for the past four or 5 months were getting good results and now at a point were no more fats coming off stomach .Should i put in more cardio time been doing 25 min. on treadmill e.o.d then workout days do one body part for about 1hr a day maybe a little more. Hope this info helps thanks guys.
 
do you drink anything?? what goes down when your thirsty??? i have a friend that bounces with me. He cut out all carbs, except pop... couldnt fing stop drinking regular coke. he'd drink like a 2 liter a day and wonder why he couldn't loose any weight.
 
No bro that used to be a big problem when i stoped working out awhile back was drinking coke like 2 liter a day but for that past 5 months been drinking water and crystal light everday at least couple gallons.
 
Its your cardio. 25 min. e.o.d., thats a joke! If you got weight to lose, you need to ramp it up to atleast 45 min. a day. And make sure your heart rate is where it needs to be. Just to give you an example, when I dieted for my show and had to come down from 270lbs or so, I was doing 45 min, twice a day of cardio.
 
Thanx nuknuk, i will step up the cardio to 45 min. a day for next two weeks see how that goes. thanx for the help bro.
