I work out at home so I am limited somewhat. Anyone have some suggestions on some ab exercises to try. I usually do crunches, reverse crunches, what I call bicycles, hip raises, and a couple others I rotate in and out. I am open to suggestions.
Pick up anything thats around your bw and walk around with it squeezing as hard as you can, thats all I do at work and dont need to do any ab exercises, bags of concrete mix work good.
Do you have anything you could use to do cable crunches? I do those and love them. Use a rope or short handle, grab it behind your head, get on your knees and do crunches with however much weight. I usually use 100lbs.
Also this actually works pretty well, you could substitute with a DB in each hand.

I higly recommend you get a chin up bar and set it up in a door frame or in the garage securely. You can do many ab exercises on that like jack knife, hanging leg raises, side hanging crunches, windmills, L chins.. Nothing BEATS hanging exercises for giving your abs that added punch. They are very difficult to do but with time you gain strength and able to do them.
