My biceps. They won't grow. Ive gained about 2 inches in a year and a half. I tried pyramids, progressive overload, two days in a row, heavy, light, drop sets, you name it. I guess two inches total isn't that bad though.
My lower quads would be one. My upper legs are thick and I'm happy with the progress there but I have a problem getting that same thickness where the quad ties into the knees. And ya I have long legs so that dosn't help. More peak on the bis would be nice to.
