IGF 1 increase dose as time goes on ?

I know this is suppose to be in the IGF and HGH forum. but I wanted enough looks to get an aswer to this, and the main forum is the best place to start...in a few days it can be moved to the correct forum...

I have been doing IGF for a few years now...on and off..but I have been doing it for prob more on than off for about 6 months now...I noticed to get good pumps and growth If do more than 100mcgs ...but I have upped it to 140mcgs now, and its even better...im considering taking a couple weeks off, but man my triceps look fuller at this dose like I just started for the first time...so should I continue on at this dose or take a couple weeks off...
 
I only use it preworkout and I get great results at 100mcg, but I get better results at 150mcg, but any higher and I can't handle using my insulin post workout. The stuff is amazing and is only more impressive as does go up... at least for me.
 
I'm with Dude on this one bro. I've never even ran anyhting lower than 100mcgs since I started. I never have been a big believer in working my way up on shit. Balls to the wall or it aint worth my time. Now test is diff and only test...
 
Also you have to remember that your at 270lbs now...most guys online that take this stuff are not even close to your weight.

I say up it, try it, and then decide.

I'll try to look up researches as soon as I find some free time and I'll let you know but try to help me remember because I'm on a lot boards and sometimes I forget which forums I was suppose to post what lol. So PM me or something ;)
 
I cant believe you guys take that much, when i have been off a while im good at 60mcgs and after a while work up to 100mcgs and i weigh nearly 300lbs . However in chrises case since he has been on so long i would certainly take the time off from it, and then instead of ramping up again i would start high like where you left off and i believe the growth will start happening from the door rather then if u start low again and ramp up

Well his almost 300lbs and I've been reading his posts for a while(way before I started being active on here) and he does know his stuff so I would listen to him. But you guys already know that presser know his stuff so I was kind of stupid to say that lol.

So Chris try taking some time off...maybe try some other stuff and then come back to it.

Hey Presser how long long of a break do you usually take?
 
you bunch of junkies!!!LOL.....jk, im doing exactly the same, im at 150mcg bi-lateral. my midsection has been getting tighter
 
Sorry I almost missed the question By c19 and the answer is I take months off at a time and run for months at a time
