Hmmmm....that's a hard one to pin down. The first time I used it, I was also on M1T, and suddenly my bench went up almost 50 lbs so I think that might have been more the M1T. I did lose a lot of that strength when I came off the M1T. I seemed to gain strength in subsequent IGF cycles as long as I let myself recover properly. I'm seeing a little bit of an increase this time, but not a whole lot. Mostly, it seems to be getting rid of fat. I haven't lost any strength gained from my later IGF-only cycles from what I can tell. I'm even lifting far more now than the first time I used it.
