IGF doses

Itsa been a couple years since I used IGF and was taking lots of other stuff. I want to try it again and wondered what everyone was taking dose wise... I think I did like 40mcg back then but was thinkin more like 80mcg 3 days a week after lifting. any suggestions welcome?
 
at 230 pounds you think 40mcg, would be ok? I suppose since I havent used it forever it might be.... but only going to be using this 3 days a week... I kinda thought blasting might be best...
 
You have to remember what it does. It is called "insulin-like" for a reason. You have to let your body get used to the effect again if you haven't used it for a long time, even at 230 lbs. It's possible to get hypoglycemic symptoms with this stuff. I'd start out with 40mcg and then *maybe* increase in weeks 3-4, but if you find you are getting good results out of it at 40, then increasing to 80 probably wouldn't make much difference.
 
I don't know about that. IGF makes you even more sensitive to slin so you may have to adjust your dosage of slin, too. Just be careful.
 
Yea I would probably drop slin during IGF therapy. I'll probably start at 40mcg and see then bump it but stay at 60mcg if 40 doesnt suffice...
 
i take around 30mcgs 2-3xs daily...i like it in the AM, postworkout and around bed time or postworkout (i workout in the mid morning) then a few hours later and around bed time, i do this to mimic the way the body naturally releases hgh/igf in a pulsating manner
 
Bro, try doing the igf at 40mcg pwo then 10 minutes later do the slin (maybe 8iu) followed by your shake. Remember to up your carb and protein intake as well as lowering the fat intake.. Get some glucose tabs too an keep them in your pocket just in case.

I never do slin PWO.... it blunts the GH release... I do 10IU first thing morning then 10IU at lunch and 10iu at dinner. I always wait an hour after working out to hit slin.

I dont know if I want to use slin with IGF yet. I kinda want to see what IGF does without it. Like I said, last time I used it I was taking slin, GH, IGF and a bunch of anabolics. I want to see what it does on minimal chems. Just plan on using test and dbol with it so I can get a real feel. There is always next time to add the slin. But I may just be convinced to use it this go around as the last 2 weeks on slin 3x a day I am back up to 230 from 220.
 
I use any. Im not sensitive to it. Most people feel safer with the shorter life slin.

Slin 5-10 i.u./IGF 40mcg along with a high protien/ 100gram carb drink. Gave me massive pumps and muscle energy. Not to mention permagains.
 
I want to try "Humalog" since I train late evening and fear falling asleep after working out on humalin r. I just cant find "HUMALOG" anywhere..hint hint hint..help?
