There is an NPC show coming up in NC, in April not to far down the road, about a 1 hour drive. I've never been to a show, would it be motavational to go worth the cash to watch? I watch so many videos on youtube, esp. just before hitting the gym to get psyched up, I think it would probally be a treat.
I'm also being more careful with the calories and did 20 min treadmill today, trying to cut some more, wife booked a mini weekend trip to myrtle beach S.C 6 April while kidos out of school for spring break.

Yes bro it's great motivation for anyone serious about competing in the future and even for those who just love bodybuilding in general. So yeah if u can get to a show then I highly recommend it.
 
And make sure it's a good show bro. Some shows suck balls but if u list the show ur interested in attending someone here will know if it's worth ur time and money
 
Most of the shows I've been to have been good and give you a strong shot of motivation. Unfortunately alot of them have ridiculous night show ticket prices.

I would suggest only going to prejudging. That's all I ever go to and u want to see the guys in their best shape and incase u don't know George theirs a big difference in how they look from prejudging to nightshow

I made the mistake of going to the night show at the mets in new York and you honest to GOD can't fit in the seats as they are too narrow and u have to sit sideways all night. Those who know the show know exactly what I'm talking about.

Just to further back up what they're saying, going to a show and just seeing what they're all about is half of the battle. If you have ever considered competing, I'll guarantee you'll leave there wanting to do one ASAP. And if you're not wanting to compete, you'll still be impressed and glad you went

What do you think, worth going too for a first show as spectactor?
 
Today was my day off from weight lifting. Did 45 min on eliptical for cardio. On the way home from the gym my eyes went funky while driving. Made it home safe, and did sugar check, 49. At an orange, and downd a protein shake with some carbs. All good to go.
I purchased a full length mirror for the bed room. I'm sure the wife will get tired of seeing me pose, lol.
 
Sorry so long for an update!!
Today weight in A.M.up to 204 lbs. 3 lbs since starting. May not seem impressive, but I've lost an inch at least in the waist at the same time, and im only cruising now on 375 wk TE.
I bumped my HGH up to 4IU a day and will stay there until i run out. I purchased 400 iu HGH. So I roughly have enough for 100 days.
IGF is still at 50 mcg, 25 bilateral in area worked that day. I take it 1 hr to 45 min prior to workout. Im now taking the insulin PRN. Not taking it post workout as orginally planned. Gaining too much body fat.
I think that I'm going insulin resistant on some days. I'll wake up feeling less energy. Carb load, HGH in A.M., 1 hr prior IGF. 30-45 min prior to workout take 60 gm Karbolyn and 52 g whey protein. During workout, sip second shake, 60 gm Karbolyn. Within 1-2 hours chowing down with a great appetitie, carb/protein mix. The last week I've noticed by the evening time around 7 pm my head feels funny. I'll check my sugar, around 149. Checked it an hour later, still 140's. Took 8 iu humalog, and hour later start feeling all normal, head stuff gone, energy up.
Any one know of any articles, post, discussing possiblity of HGH/IGF and AAS causing insulin insentivity/resistance? Please let me know.
 
I ran out of my 1cc insulin syringes , and purchased 1/2 cc syringes, and did n't realize it until today that i was only using 1/2 unit HGH for like 3 days. I'm offically up to 4 IU a day now.
I'm getting small red area at injection site that was not happening the first week, so Im back on my allergy meds/ singular and prn benadryl. Plus I have read somewhere else that Dan Ducaine had discussed the body forming antibodies to peptides. So, it probally want hurt anyways, plus I need it daily for allergies anyways.
I decided to change my workout routine: I'm changing up to 2 on 1 off schedule.
Day 1: Chest/Tris
Day 2: Back/Bis
rest day off
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps/ Light Tri set, more volume than heavy weights, get blood pumping.
Day 4: Legs
rest Day Off.

Biceps are up from 16" to 16 3/4 cold, 17 Pumped.
Measured calfs today, 16.5 to 16 3/4.

I'm waking up at least one extra time at night starving. This has started since beginning HGH and IGF. I'm a hard gainer with absolutely no appetitie, so this is a welcomed side effect. Sucks for sleep, but helping make sure body gets the protein.
I've hit some personal best with some lifts.
Hit 270 on incline hammer bench x6.
Seated rows: 160 x 6. Goal: whole damn stack, 200 lbs baby. 3 plates to go.
Currently using 95lb dumbells for flat chest. I can't use a bar for flat bench due to shoulder injury, but have no problems with dumbbels.
Goal: Next week, see how many i can get with the 100 lb dumbbell.

Within the last 2 months I had purchased new shirts for the gym XL size.
Today I was complaining to my workout partner because they were tight under the arm, and today was shoulders. So either time to go up to XXL, or cut the damn arms out?
Wife said that the dryer monster is not shrinking my shirts. She said," Your damn Traps are growing alot damn faster than the rest of you!"
I laughed and said that I want them so big i look like a cartoon picture.

Wife shaved back for the first time. She said back needs some rubbing alcohol and acne wash. Got that today, acne body wash.

Asked wife if she wanted to go to the BB show, and I was very surprised when she said yes, shes love to go. Hoping the female physiques will motivate her to new levels also.

Enough for now, protein time. Stomach making noise.

Thats pretty awsome that ur wife was excited to go to a show with you bro!!!

As for your acne, I know alot of guy say tanning works well for the acne, i personaly never get acne thank the good Lord!

Your progress sounds great bro! Do you plan on posting any pics, and even if you dont plan to post them, have you atleast taken before and after pics for yourself so u can critique urself and see how far you have come and see what areas need work?
 
Honestly, I haven't taken pics. I agree they are a valuable tool for critiquing the physique, much better than just using the mirror. I hate taking pics. My wife con'd me into the last family photo, said it was her mothers day present. Needles to say, we got pics.

Yesterday was leg day. Did squats, followed by leg presses, then hamstring curls, then quad extensions. Went home pinned IGF bil into quads.
Today im walking around funny like someone poked me in the ass. Legs are tight and full. Great feeling cause you know they are growing.

After the first show, don't be surprised if she doesn't wanna go to another show lol...My ex did this shit to me, that's why I say that
 
Haha, buffets are the devil after doing a show. I tried that one time and I got so fucking sick I was in the bathroom puking it all up. It's rough to go from eating very clean for 12-20 weeks to eating garbage, it wrecked me to the point where I was literally scared of greasy food
 
Big N, I meant that she will be super horny after the show, and Ill get laid after the show, lol. I only think with the brain between the legs.
 
Today was awesome back/bi day. Did 25 mcg bilateral in bis 30 min pre wo. Today I pined lateral outside bi head. I figured best to rotate with inner and outter bi head so they both get the extra pump.
Decided to take 2 week break from Test E to give the receptors a good cleaning for 2 weeks. I haven't been off completely for a while.
In April starting Test P for the first time. I've used Test E, and C before, but never Test P.
I'll run the test P for 2 weeks to see How I react to it, then Ill add in Mast. First time using Mast too.
I'm running proviron with it, but haven't decided if I'm going with 25 mg or 50 mg QD. What do you guys recommend. Both the Mast and Proviron are DHT derivatives.
I also planned on adding in Anavar.
I will have to keep a close eye on the blood pressure at my age. Looking for solid, lean as possible gains. My body fats high enough, prob. higher than it needs to be.
Planning to start with 750 test P wk.
400 Mast q wk.
25 or 50 proviron qd.
Anavar haven't decided dose yet? Input? Experience with Anavar. Today I'm around 205 lbs.
