Im in my second week consitantly using 80 mcgs a day 40 each in bicceps, triceps, and delts. I do biceps 1 day a week right after a workout, tris one day a week after a workout, and delts after a workout and the other two days just to keep it in the system. So I hit my delts 3 times because they need it alot anyways. So I run 80mcgs a day for 5 days and 2 off. The only thing I noticed my tris blew up but I think that was irritation because they turned red and were hot to the touch and real sore. I have not noticed really any other improvements or anything. No more gain , no more energy, nothing. Maybe it takes me longer to react. I will know more next week for sure.
