Think I may have started to get leaner.
Added 10 mg pre-workout of superdrol and legs strength amazing yesterday.
Still using same gear as last time I updated that part except the superdrol pre-workout. And yes only 10 mg.

Injury in shoulder getting better still have to work biceps light because too much weight hanging down pulling on joint is what hurts and pushing in bench press position flat.
When. Reaching out for something I get intense shock and when I pull it back hold hands on joint it's like in gets in place and pops then don't hurt!
So careful and light so I can still get in shape!

Have some testosterone Suspension yes in water baby!!! Will start doing around 60 mg pre-workout prolly tomorrow!!!

As stated my goal was to lean up slowly and try to hold muscle.
I have been flat low carbs and I also haven't been eating enough meats protein sources. I am having trouble putting down meat!!

Oh yeah my height is still 5'9"
My weight is around same between
189 lbs and 193 lbs.

I didn't have a good run. Injuries had me.
I stayed active shoulder finally healed I am at strength again but not abusing it!

Changed things up!
Started with mast prop 100 a day will bump up
Test prop 75 a day will bring down to 50 with trt 150 cyp
Tren a 50 a day
Proviron 50 a day
With add var or epistane soon.
Will be cut by June!😎💣👏
