Igf, test, masteron, avar cycle

Normally I do 5 and 2. But will try for more. On gear I have did something almost everyday on off days get jump on week or cardio or even just a lighter lift for a super pump.
I still haven't got to that spot yet that I am at gym early in morning thinking about what today it, and remembering my last workout of that day a week before like it was yesterday.
I know alot of yall know the feeling. I am trying to push to get back into that routine of morning. It seems something is always in the way or distracting me and not having enough time later in day.
Early in morning I can get up and beat life's distractions before most of them or even out of bed!

Worked out back today.
Garage session:
Pull ups 4×10
Bend over smith barbell row 6×6 superset incline ab sit ups 3×20-30
Lat pull downs 4×10 superset hanging leg raises then hammer curls 4×10 each of those
Seated cable rows 4x8 2×15
Superset curls alt db 4×6
14 year old step Daugher on elliptical
3-1/2 old son and 9 year old Daugher fighting for other cable pulldown
Then we went for a walk while younger 2 rode bikes
We had fun.
Wife not feeling good got diet pills for dr didn't agree with her at all. She still feels like shit tomorrow I will have to take off work to get kids to three different schools.
She is that knocked down weak and been throwing up.
I warned her about short cuts....hope she is ok tomorrow and that she wants to do it right way this time.

Wanna add something I have noticed on igf.
I have used it all over IM and not even deep. I push my 8mm pins against muscle with it relaxed and make indentation and it works like that or use 1/2" either was
Well what I noticed is every old injury I can painful swelling almost like inflammation but like swollen pain.
Well after that it seems I get a healing affect that takes place. It's happening in my fingers joints a mechanics hands taken a beating over the years.
My pinched nerve in my neck subsided, not waking up at night with hands hurting numb and tingling.
My old tendon tear in shoulder is tight into tricep past few days hurts to flex bicep in tri to shoulder I am hoping it's having its turn. Something is going on that is not in normal patterns of pain being hurt and getting better.
I don't know it is am crazy someone please say!!!!

Oh yeah I sleep through the night. I am sleeping toon hard to get up and go pee all night but I gotta go to make up for it in morning let me tell u!!

Brother in my opinion the healing affects of igf are Un believable. 5 days to the 1 year anniversary of my accident. My progress has been unbelievable cause many said my days of lifting were over

Yes sir noticed things getting better throughout my whole body. Had been on for a very long time the first time I used igf brother it brought the boys back better than some pct cycles I have used. Slept better. The stuff is just amazing.

Garage had to get kids to school wife sick so took day from work.
I still have 120 hours thru Sept paid off.
Seated shoulder press Smith
1×20 2×12 4×5 2×12
Smith upright row
5×5/6 superset from low cable pull upright row 4×7
Db side raises bend over 3×6
Db standing side raise superset to front raise then db upright row
3or4×7/8/8

Smith at home at slight angle as compared to my gym. Nagging pain in my right shoulder where it connects to tricep. So had to get them good with cable low.

Did igf bilateral and splitting my 50 mg dbol caps in half and taking 25 mg pre-workout. Can tell since Saturday pump was fierce and starting to be more widespread not just muscle group worked.
Gear dosed:
Test e 500= 200 eod
Test prop150=85 eod
Masteron e 300=150 eod
Dbol 50 mg=25 pre-workout
Igf 60-80

Well being from dbol already taken affect instead of taking off weekend like my normal 5/2, I haven't taken off and have no soreness muscles fill great!
Just having tendon tightness shoulder to tricep but it doesn't hurt pushing just pulling or flexing bicep and pressing bench flat.
I got rid of of little water I can see difference.
My goal this cycle is to get lean but not in rush. Slowly reduce calories but cutting out bad foods. The extra fat came from eating extra junk and lots of it.
I am not wanting to inflate
Muscle. My bp been staying around 130-140/60-80 when I am on lower body fat it stays 110-120/50-60. So wanna rid water and far. Not super low I do good at 8-10% and when I do it slowly I can get metabolic pathway going that I stay 10% or less as long as I manage it.

Haven't done any of my trt test cyp in almost 3 weeks. When prop hits like that within a week with Hardons and that look comes out in me. It's like the testosterone is coming off my skin because I see a change in the way I am looked at too. Lol!!!

Thanks, trying to give details I will post photos once a week to see progress. The scale doesn't mean anything especially when I am content with same size for own with fat lower but lean muscle gains are always welcome!!
I am feeling good but can tell gear didn't build up nitrogen retention in muscles yet because pumps still aren't at that point.
Today will add nnp and deca
Shooting to lower testosterone to 500 wk or lower with mast e 6-800 and deca around 400 or more.
Trying to get leaning affect going with muscle fullness, masteron to help estro and androgenic function, deca for joints and nitrogen retention and test just mild to mid. I will be honest with the 800-1000 test and mast at around 600 or however it's been falling aggression too high!!
I am looking for affects without having to use tren and eq because of sides I can't afford anymore!
The reason I have went in different directions and adding was to get things going, availability of certain things, joints hurting, wanted sex drive high before adding Nandrolone, and to confuse body!
To build up androgenic state before progesterone gets in!

Last night added a little deca and npp.
This gear is high mg per and it obviously dosed correctly cause I am backing off on my testosterone dose.
As of last night:
Test prop 75 eod
NPP 100 eod
Test e 300 per shot two times a week maybe bump up when I stop prop in week or two
Deca 150 per shot two shots week maybe bump up when npp is stopped in couple weeks
Masteron e 600-800 week total
Dbol 25 mg pre-workout
Igf 60 pre-workout

Wanted androgenic hormones to build before adding Nandrolone.
This offsets prolactin progesterone sides. Dht is a man's natural defense and those two hormones fight for receptors and dht usually wins.
Was getting too aggressive from testosterone and mast I can feel agitation and CNS stimulation from dht elevating so lowered test.
Still not getting muscle pumps like I was since dropping the avar but for some reason I felt aggression from the avar. All gear is same lab except avar.
Something else is I ran out of creatine and NO pump products.
Got my superman tabs and cialis. The cialis produces a big hard I will post photos later...

It's about 6 pounds of body fat I need to lose and then muscles are really visible and alot more defined and exaggerated.
I will keep it up and should gain some muscle and lose that 6-8 pounds of fat.

In middle of my back that is a dam sebaceous cyste I need to have a surgeon cut off remove.
It was a zit that I couldn't pop couldn't reach.
Got brother to get it a couple times but not completely are often enough it made cyste from pore being stopped up. It's been growing for about 6-7 years since. That there is complements of gear!

Not even feeding muscles that much. Gotta lose that 6-8 lbs of bf.
But I am eating fat free and low fat cottage cheese yogurt going to grocery store every Sunday get 2lbs of roast beef sliced and getting all meals in. Those things are to not home hunger I eat them between meals. Lol
