Exactly brother life hasn't had a chance to get in the wayNormally I do 5 and 2. But will try for more. On gear I have did something almost everyday on off days get jump on week or cardio or even just a lighter lift for a super pump.
I still haven't got to that spot yet that I am at gym early in morning thinking about what today it, and remembering my last workout of that day a week before like it was yesterday.
I know alot of yall know the feeling. I am trying to push to get back into that routine of morning. It seems something is always in the way or distracting me and not having enough time later in day.
Early in morning I can get up and beat life's distractions before most of them or even out of bed!
