Hi folks.
Soon to begin my new IGF life, and am planning my diet.
My time is limited ( as with most people ).
Basically - I want to wake up,
take my 50mcg of IGF...
down a protein shake, some hydroxycut hardcore and a handful of vitamins and aminos,
...do some training, and go to work.
Then maybe some light cardio when I get home from work.
Should I eat first, do my IGF, then train, then eat again?
Really just wondering where I should fit my food into the IGF equation, first thing in the morning.
What do you guys do?
