Hey guys iv been thinking of given igf another go around but when i did it last i dident really notice any differences i was doing 25mcgs in lagging body parts exaple arms 25mcgs in each for a total of 50 mcgs for the day and did that every day in different body parts pre work out. but anyways just wanted to know what seasoned igf users had to say about it.thanks brothas
