igf ?

Hey guys iv been thinking of given igf another go around but when i did it last i dident really notice any differences i was doing 25mcgs in lagging body parts exaple arms 25mcgs in each for a total of 50 mcgs for the day and did that every day in different body parts pre work out. but anyways just wanted to know what seasoned igf users had to say about it.thanks brothas

i am not a seasoned user yet but were you using MC's IGF or a different brand. From what I have found out around here is that other brands that people have tried out doesnt match MC's

I would give it another try bro and up the doses to say 30-50 mcgs pre workout and make sure u get your pre workout meal in also after u take igf
 
Ive never had an issue with MC igf...its always been good to me...maybe up the dose to 30mcg or 40mcg's pre workout, take in some complex carbs about 30-45mins before hitting the gym...and see what happens...
