yup got me a new awesome membership at a great gym in town. Absolutely tore chest up 2 days ago bout to go smoke back bi's and traps. Feels good to be back in it for sure. Strength didnt go down much at all surprisingly i guess its only been a month or so. 40 minutes of cardio as well 20 low intensity and 20 high. Will be ramping this up as i go. Now i need some aqua burn :satan:
