back in the gym after shoulder injury (ligaments) iv held mass well but got fat as result now my question is can u really get big shredded on light weights? not baby light i mean moderate weights not killing it like i used to. when back in full swing i myt add some test /tren :dj:

if you already have the mass then yes you can stay big and get shredded but to build new muscle mass you're going to have to lift heavy to some degree. Take it easy for the first couple of months and let your ligaments and tendons get strong and then go from there. I would stay in the 10 -15 rep range at first before moving to heavier weights

darkside, have you taken a look at the dc training program?

My shoulders where a wreck, but its really helping them immensely.

Definitly take it easy for the first few months and I would lay off the gear for a while. You don't want those muscles getting to big and to strong without you ligaments growing to support them. Next thing you know you'll be back in the same boat. Be careful and good luck.

She really needs to be more respectful and realize that. How are you going to get with another girl that thinks you're a slob, god! LOL

thanks for all the good advise bro's i no its going to be months (this is the 2nd time) i just dont understand how some guys i no can have injury and back doing 180kg bench in a month or 2 :( lol

btw what is an IRA man?? :embarrass

all good advice. As time goes by mabey throw in a "heavy" day here and there.
After time you could also do heavy, medium and light days. Sometimes light
weights and high reps have messed with my shoulders more then heavy. Once
I had to lay off Bench for a year because of shoulder - I did machines ect.
Bro., just go slow and listen to your body (shoulder) - also try different machines
or exercises that might be easier on the shoulders.

Hey bro, good luck on ya getting back in and lots of good advice to follow so far ont his post. I don't think I can add much except maybe a little help if you decide to go back on. There was some discussion a little while ago on collagen synthesis, which has a significant effect on ligament and tendon strength, and the effect of steroids on it. Most cycles supress it leading to weaker ligaments and tendons = more prone to injury. Here is a post that shows you how to design a cycle that is not going to give you 20 lbs. of muslce, but that will significantly increase you collagen synthesis while giving you a few extra pounds of muscle. If you decide to go on in the future I would suggest you run one of these for sure before you go about anything else.
