I apologize for my ignorance regarding newbies commenting on topics.. I meant no disrespect, I'm so new to this forum stuff, I haven't even been weened off suckling teets yet..
But I'm 30 yrs old, I try to stay consistent with my workout regimen but tend to 'fall off' now and then due to extenuating circumstances (most recently and usually a woman) but ultimately I can only blame myself... so dedication is something Im seriously trying to get a handle on.
I have a few medical conditions, but they are physical problems that cause pain that I work through.. I'm around 6' weighing currently around 160-165. Was up to 180 before I fell off, metabolism is crazy last time I check body fat when I was in gym months ago it read 5% but it was with handheld squeeze thing and they said it's inaccurate and to -1%... I do total body workouts eod rest on days between and get very good protein intake and smash high protein and caloric foods and carbs. I like the total bodies because the science behind it, I.e gh natural secretion and the fact that in one week you've worked out your entire body 3 times as opposed to a isolation, I guess it's called, where you only workout your entire body once in a week. hitting chest mon, tues hitting back wed hitting another group etc.. the low body fat % worries me with way the total body regimen keeps you in fat burning mode for quite a while after leaving the gym.. I'm concerned about the possibilities of any detrimental affects on my muscles.. I'm sorry for my illiteracy in the the various things I should be very familiar with, but that's why I'm here..
I feel its a blessing to have access to this, with the plethora of priceless info and the beyond helpful and amazing guys here I've seen so far that offer help and guidance to anyone and everyone.. Sorry again for my FNG mistakes.. I hope this post in itself isn't a mistake... If I'm royally screwing up please lay into my dumbass, I want to learn guys.. Thank you in advanced for bustin my dome if it need be. Sorry for the long post as well I don't know if that's not good to do as well...

lol thanks guys, I appreciate the welcome. And we'll I remember long time ago before I even knew about 'juicin' my older bro just blew up one year, like ridiculously exploded.. and I saw the impact it had on all aspects of his life (it was pretty great and I wanted to be just like him) It peaked my interest in gettin swole and exercising early on. (I was pretty small dude up till I hit a spurt and just got tall and skinny but I'm still small framed) fast Fwrd 10 or so years, my brother gets my first cycle: a deca/test cyp. I believe it was cyp. I believe it was just one bottle of each.. But I loved it. Didn't know shit about it, he pinned it for me the first time and then I did it from then on out.. Knew nothing of harm reduction, just, obviously never reuse a dart, and the three finger from top crack in my ass cheek.. Never heard of a sciatic nerve.. Wasn't educated in AI's. Thought Deca was my go to till several years later he convinced me to try Tren, ace. As of now Tren ace is my go to superhuman strength magic. I don't go hard, a cycle for me is 2 Tren A or E is fine too but I just the Ace, and Tests Sus and Cyp to go with it. When I come off do my PCT of course, and I dunno for sure but, I kinda feel like the partying and drugs and pretty hard livin has inhibited my natural test so I like to do my own test therapy, I think it's like .25 ml cyp a week, not enough to cause testicular atrophy, or so I've been assured and haven't had an issue with it. Though I'm not on cycle right now. Gearing up for it though.

Whoever told you that .25 ml isn't enough to cause testicular atrophy is wrong. Any exogenous test, assuming it raises your level above what your body was naturally producing prior to the exogenous test, will shut downot your natural production.

Not sure where that myth came from; I've even heard it from a doctor. But it ain't true. By soft, spongy little balls are testament to that....

Thanks for straightening that out bro, I was wondering about it myself. So Ima exclude the whole self prescribed 'at home replacement therapy' biz deal.. My brother is the one who put me on it and he, like you said, got the info from a dr. It's amazing... all the crucial information I've received from everyone and the useful tips and pointers I just so happened upon, through the various threads I've read, and in the first few days of bein here... And here I am... been pokin shit all willy nilly in my ass for a min. based on the assumption that "a Dr. said it so its fuckin gravy..."
