Injection Question

I jus read that some people shave the injection site,,,, y is that?Does it really matter?Also what is some good gear for women to lose wieght?

I guess hospitals might do that. Never heard of anyone shaving just to do an injection otherwise. Don't think it matters unless you can't see what you're doing.
