insight to what the pros use

i was just lookind at some pics of ronnie at 320+ and reading about synthol use. does anyone have any real insight to what these guys are using, length, doses, etc., or is it all speculation?

A boatload of GH and androgens. I think Ronnie probably stays on for long periods and guess he will really come off when he retires....
 
how about the smaller guys like dexter and lee and the guys that compete at 215-220

You know Lee has said his cycles are nowhere near the bigger pros and he says he is able to grow on those. Maybe so.
Some guys respond to small dosages others do not( I am in the do not category).....
 
i dont believe a word lee says... he says he doest even use test ever.. he says all he uses is clen, nolva and primo? some something stupid like that...
 
Yeah, I don't beleive Lee either.

I would be these guys hardly ever come off. They probably have a base and then cycle in things as needed.
 
i was reading an interview with priest.he said he keeps his test around 500mg.he said gh wasn't worth the money after he tried it.

Everything that we read about pro's is probably bullshit. I don't believe hardly anything I read in magazines or online unless its backed up by research or studies.
 
A coworker of mine knows Flex. He says that he's seen Flex use 1000mg of Deca a week as a base. And thats pretty much year round.

Hey thanks..one of my better body parts.
Lots of deads(they are the base), dumbbell rows, wide lat pulldowns, erector spinae extensions.

I have been doing a lot of shoulder shrugs lately for the traps. Do you do this exercise? Is it a worthwhile exercise to do or should I focus more on other exercises? I always train to the point of fatigue.

Yes I love shrugs- I alternate barbell and dumbbell shrugs every other workout. I like to hold the movement at the top and make sure I get full range of motion. I also like wide grip upright rows as well for traps.
 
If your looking for a secret cycle, forget it. The pro's are just like everyone else. some take a shit load, some can get away with much less.

One things for sure. everyone takes a good amount of test as a base.
