You know Lee has said his cycles are nowhere near the bigger pros and he says he is able to grow on those. Maybe so.
Some guys respond to small dosages others do not( I am in the do not category).....
i dont believe a word lee says... he says he doest even use test ever.. he says all he uses is clen, nolva and primo? some something stupid like that...

Everything that we read about pro's is probably bullshit. I don't believe hardly anything I read in magazines or online unless its backed up by research or studies.
I have been doing a lot of shoulder shrugs lately for the traps. Do you do this exercise? Is it a worthwhile exercise to do or should I focus more on other exercises? I always train to the point of fatigue.

Yes I love shrugs- I alternate barbell and dumbbell shrugs every other workout. I like to hold the movement at the top and make sure I get full range of motion. I also like wide grip upright rows as well for traps.
