With the passing of my uncle me and my brother are suppose to get whats left in his retirement account. Anybody got any advice on something I can invest it in if we do get it.

Buy some gold and silver cause the dollar is going to be worthless pretty soon. Use some of the rest of it to buy ammo and enough food for whomever is in your house to live on for 6-9 months as an insurance policy. Also I would buy a water filter so you can filter water is thing really get bad. Your goal should to be able to feed yourself and protect yourself.
My .02 is that the economy is going to take a serious crash that makes 07 look like a bike ride. The Shit will hit the fan. Call me crazy call me what you will, I hope and pray you call me wrong. But I fear we are in for one seriously bad ride.

Oh believe me my ammo stock is high now but it will be higher. What would you think about Barrett 50 bmg being in the arrsenal.

Bleach does not have a long shelf life. All of the rest of your list is good stuff to have. Add lots and lots of toilet paper to the list. Shit paper will be a luxury item many people forget to supply themselves with.
I have 25 gallons of gas that I rotate out and keep it fresh. You can add fuel stabilizer to them and your good for long periods of time.
A bug out bag is also a must. If you are in city and shit falls apart, get the fuck out of the city. It will all burn and your chances of dying are huge.
My advice is stay out of mutual funds and stock market unless you have a really good understanding on everything thats going on.

Personally..gold\silver are too volatile.. In This econonmy...CASH IS KING!..I would sit on it for awhile..maybe a moneyfund..stocks, municipals, t-bills.. mutual funds as well as precious metals are volatile as hell right now...just my 2 cent

Every economic system is based at some level on precious metals. You can't go wrong. That being said stockpiling weapons ammo and other related items won't hurt. I have money all over the place. Enough to live comfortably should I need to, but I don't even consider it. Right now it is outside of our corrupt Govt's hands. Should the shit hit the fan, myself, my wife, brother, parents and close friends are out of this country in one hour. We have multiple handguns and at least one assault rifle per person and a substantial amount of resources to live out our lives somewhere else.
It is coming people. In the last 2 days within 20 blocks of where I live CIVILIANS shot their would be ARMED Assailants!! The Govt can't keep us safe, next step is vigilante justice... It's coming guys. Please take it seriously. I wish I could elaborate as to how serious this is!!

Can't say I dont know wtf I am talking about. I called this.
Stock market losses since I made this post on 7/19 erased 2.9 trillion dollars of wealth from peoples investment portfolios.
Be prepared people. I went out today and bought a couple hundred more dollars of food. I have about a years worth stocked up.
This is not even the beginning. Its going to get really bad. Makes today look like a ride at Disney.
