I've been feeling my joints stiff when I wake up but I don't feel any issues during the day, even during workouts. Is this an early sign to get some joint support? Any recommendations?

2g of vitamin C and 4g of fish oil does wonders for me. When they flare up I use DMSO for a couple days.

Get used to it .lol. Between my age, career and loving my iron hobby im stiff too .. Sometimes not where it should be... I take udo oil, osteo biflex , glucosamin , did 20 pin afflutop recently and once I'm
up and moving im good to go..the horse shit is next.

This seems petty but make sure you are well hydrated. Often times people have aches and pains that come and go from week to week. Its a good indicator of your body needing a higher fluid intake

I drink about two gallons of water at work alone so I don't think dehydration is an issue.

Has anyone use Elastamine or Collagen?

I have not, however, I am suffering from joint pain as well, so I will be following this thread for whatever your solution ends up being. Hurry Buff!

well it's obvious you arent dehydrated if you're indeed taking in that much fluid. Are you taking any new medications?? sometimes that can be the cause of early morning stiffness in large weight bearing joints.

I see your age is at 32 and thats on the very early side of developing osteoarthritis (although it can happen). My thought would be wait a few weeks and see if it improves. If not I would check for Rheumatoid arthritis. Especially if you have early morning stiffness in more than one area ie...your knees and your elbows simultaniously

Elbows and ankles.

just my two cents based on the info in this post so hard to tell but give it some time and see. if it stays the same it may be something to look into

3g of 5% extract cissus(smart powders have it) take orange triad by controlled labs(cover your multi, joints, and immune system), and take 5-10g of fish oil(1000, yes one thousand, of them at true protein cost like $23 or so but the shipping is like $10 because they don't have a lot of shipping facilities.

I had destroyed my knees and didn't quit working out and this got me back on track ;)

P.S. GH helps too lol
