I got one of those myotape's (where they connect so you can do measurments of your arms, legs, ect) and I got these measurments last night.

these where cold
weight was 256.5lbs

arms 19.25 inches
legs 28 inches
waist (almost) 37 inches (lowest it got for the show was 33 inches)
calfs 19 inches

not really to impressive, IDK...would like to get my arms up to 20 inches cold, legs up to 30 inches (well 29 would be great even), and calfs would be sweet at 20 inches but they look fine now.

And those are solid numbers chris. I think i have 16.5 arms 42 waist, and 22 legs. No wonder the ladys love me,lol

Seriously i havent a clue how big my arms are or anyting else,

Only thing im consistantly measuring is my pecker, and its a 7.5 on the dicter scale , lmao yes i just made that up and i think its fucking funny....7.5 on the dicter scale. I crack me up!
