Hi there!
I just turned 40.
I am currently on low TRT, 75mg x 2/week of Test Enanthate together with 4ius of GH. I am running the GH for fat loss and some muscle gain. I just ended my last shot of Tren Ace which I ran for 8 weeks and which aided in tremendous fat loss with muscle gains, I must say this was incredible!! I ran it at 200mg/week as much as my heart could handle with less sides. I HAD to keep my moods and thoughts in check, yes it does get crazy while on this. I also included 250iu/week of HCG to keep my boys in check and Arimedex.
I am following the Evolutionary Diet (its basically Keto) as posted on their site: NO LINKS!
First of all I am an Endo type and whoever disagrees with body types, I tend to digress. With that in mind, I have always found it difficult to burn the last bit of abdominal fat even with extreme dieting in the past and keep the muscles hard.
What do you guys suggest I do? How do I keep my muscles hard while being ripped?
Now that I have finished Tren Ace, is it necessary to do a PCT? I want to continue my TRT and GH for a while. I am certainly considering IGF1. But I would like to do it with Tren Ace because I am CERTAIN the combination is going to be incredible.
I have been on Keto mainly because I have read that using GH causes insulin resistance, I only refeed on weekends when I do not use GH.

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 85kg (187lbs)
Bodyfat (%): 15%
I want to get lower in bodyfat and keep my muscles hard and ripped. Please help!!
I was thinking of doing a 6 week cycle of Winstrol. Should I?
As for Diet, do any of you follow any of the online Calculators? Or, do you suggest anything else? I do have my own calipers at home to take measurements so then I just plug the results to check my macros.
I truly would appreciate ANY advice!
