There are many ways you can go about using a keto type diet. I've used the CKD and TKD. I"m currently on the TKD (started this week). You'll feel like crap for the first couple of days, but after that it's a breeze.
I'm finally in ketosis I peed on a test strip. But my stomach fat doesn't seem to be going away I notice my reduction in fat around other parts of my body tho
I have around 20 years experience with keto diets ( remember bodyopus, anyone??). It is by far my favorite cutting diet, once you get into ketosis it is easy..............with a little assisance I can get into ketosis within 4-8 hours ( my body has adapted to the diet after 20 years).
Make sure you get plenty of fiber ( those carbs don't count), keep your fat high and your fast acting protiens to a minimum..............You want to get 'lost in the weeds' on keto, google "dominic d'agostino"- cutting edge/ crazy smart guy.

Keep in mind that you can exersize your self ( falsely) out of ketosis. If you use up all the available ketones, and pee on the strip they register zero. If you use endogenous ketone you may show to be in ketosis and not really be in it at all.

Anyone else get like a tingling sensation in areas of high fat like your stomach while exercising? Also maybe it's the tren but I had a fucked up dream about carbs last night

Negative on the tingling ( yes I have done keto and tren). My dreams get crazy vivid when on the keto diet...............it is like going to the movies every night!!
