Ok, just a little info first, I'm doing prop @ 100mg/day and tren 100mg/eod, still waiting on my winny
Anyway, I had a killer leg workout yesterday, and this morning I woke up with a bruise the size of a grapefruit on the back of my leg on the higher end of my hamstring. I can still stretch it, and it doesn't hurt, so I don't think I tore anything. Just curious why I might have this and if this has happened to anyone else before? Just thought it was odd, or if this is a sign that it may be close to tearing and I just need to back off on the intensity a bit? I don't know...
