Late night munchies

Lately ive been wanting something sweet around 8 or so pm, and was wondering what yall do in this situation if your trying to lean out? How bad would an apple with natty peanut butter be?
 
I think an apple would be fine. It's far more nutritious than just some form of refined sugar. Isn't around 8 pm supposed to be 'second dinner' anyway?
 
ok its 9:30, I ate supper at 8:00 and got hungrey again so I ate an apple with peanut butter, so ide have to say the sweet tooth comes in around 9:15 or so
 
i usually just have a musclemilk shake, it tastes damn good kinda like a cheat meal but isnt horrible for ya
 
An apple at night is actually a GREAT idea. The fructose will carb up your liver and all night furing your 'fast' your body will NOT think it is starving and attack any precious muscle tissue. And fibrous to boot!
 
I get extremely hungry in the middle of the night if I don't have some kind of protein before bed. I mean literally waking up with my stomach growling loudly. Carbs aren't enough for me.

the number one sign of flase food cravings is Dehydration......... if you feel like your starving after a meal , try chugging a huge glass of water, i can almost bet you wont be hungery anymore
