hey guys awhile back I told ya'll I was gonna run this a little bit. I started my first run right before thanksgiving and ran it for 7 days, there really is nothing like this when it comes to effectiveness, I live out west and went to new york for thksgvng, and when I got back I heard was "what are you on?" anyways since then I have just done 2 small short cycle of 3 days around 5-600 mg ed. even after these I usually lost around 5lbs. right now I'm on another full run going on day 7. I started at 250 for the first 3 days then bumped up and went up to 700 on day 6. I'm going back down to 300 mg ed for the next 3 days and then I will be done with it for awhile. sides haven't been too bad except for day 6 and 7 I had a ton of carbs along with the high dose of 700 and the only thing that I could do was go out and ride my bike in 45 degree weather in short sleeves to cool off, though I never felt so hot or miserable enough to by any means to scare me I don't think I would ever go up to or beyond that level again. anyways enough rambling I'll let you guys know how things went and final stats when I finish up:angry:
