1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 medium sliced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 combine all ingredients in crock pot.
2 cook on low 8-10 hours.
LEAVE OUT THE POTATO FOR LOW CARB VERSION!
